Best choice of mattress for

you

When it depends on getting a good night's sleep there is no doubt  about the fact that your mattress selection is very important. There is a very wide selection choice which includes traditional coil, air, latex, and memory foam mattresses.  Making the best selection for your own personal needs can be very perplexing.
When selecting the mattress of your choice it is important not to focus on all the bells and whistles or the  very expensive price tag.  Neither of these necessarily mean one mattress is better than another. The right mattress construction should be firm enough to provide support to your back, neck, and legs, while still offering some cushion and recoil for comfort.
You want a mattress that is firm enough to distribute your weight or you will wake up sore due to your shoulders sagging or your hips sinking. On the other hand, you don't want to sleep on too hard of a surface.
Many professional people all agree that firm is usually the best choice.  As a general rule, people tend to be most comfortable on a firm mattress, but there's a lot of variation.
Researchers have tried very hard to study this in a scientific fashion and have found that there is too much variability between people to come to any firm conclusions about what's the best mattress.
